Incline Dumbbell Press

incline-dumbbell-press-medium-1 incline-dumbbell-press-medium-2The incline dumbbell press is an exercise that is used mainly for chest strengthening but also strengthens your triceps and shoulders.

Steps

  1. Set and incline bench at a 45 degree angle.
  2. Start with the dumbbells at shoulder height, your arms wide and elbows pointing down to the floor.
  3. Raise your arms up over your chest bringing the dumbbells closer together as they meet over your chest.
  4. Slowly return the dumbbells to starting position.
  5. Repeat.

Target Muscles: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
