In Yoga Meltdown Jillian Michaels combines yoga with interval training including strength and core exercises. Your heart rate will get up with these exercises and most people feel they get a really good workout.
On the downside yoga purists might be put off by Jillian’s methods since it is not purely traditional yoga. There is also only two 30 minute workouts, so it is a bit light in variety.
If you are a yoga fundamentalist or a yoga beginner then this DVD is probably not for you. If you have some yoga experience and want to add some variety into your routine then this is a good choice for you.
